Cincinnati Cervical Cancer
Prevention Coalition
For years, Pap tests have been a woman's first defense against cervical cancer. Now we have new technologies, like the HPV test and HPV vaccine, that can prevent cervical cancer and other HPV-related diseases. These new technologies have the potential to save the roughly 4,000 women in the United States who die from cervical cancer every year.
Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the virus that causes nearly 100% of cervical cancers. We can protect ourselves NOW from diseases caused by HPV that can affect us LATER if we have the facts and know what to do!
The Cincinnati Cervical Cancer Prevention Coalition is dedicated to bringing you the right information and the right resources to protect you, your family, and your friends.
